Licensed Massage Therapist Solvum Health | Colorado Springs, CO 1099 Independent Contractor | Part-time | Approximately 8-20 hours per week | Flexible scheduling Solvum Health is looking for skilled, dependable massage therapists who enjoy therapeutic work and building relationships with their patients. Our Colorado Springs clinic primarily serves veterans receiving VA Community Care, along with patients recovering from auto injuries and other musculoskeletal conditions. We especially welcome experienced therapists who listen carefully, adapt treatment to each patient's comfort and needs, and work well with veterans. VA Community Care credentialing is strongly preferred, but experienced therapists who are not yet credentialed are also encouraged to apply. We can assist with the credentialing process. Compensation Rates reflect your experience, credentials, clinical skills, and the type of treatment provided. Starting at $45 per completed 60-minute massage session for less-experienced licensed therapists. Rates of $70 per completed 60-minute VA massage session are available for experienced therapists with strong therapeutic skills and relevant credentials or VA Community Care experience. Up to $120 per completed 90-minute auto injury / MedPay session. Tips are additional when applicable. The $70 VA session rate is available to qualified candidates at the start of their work with us. We consider therapeutic experience, clinical documentation skills, credentials, and experience with veterans or injury recovery when agreeing on your rate. Compensation is per completed session, rather than per hour of availability. Your rate will be agreed upon before you begin seeing patients. Opportunity for Higher Pay As Solvum grows, we hope to increase session rates for therapists who stay with us and consistently provide excellent patient care. Our goal is to review rates around the six-month mark, based on business growth, quality of care, reliability, and contributions to the team. If our expansion plans succeed, future rates could potentially reach $90 - $100 per 60-minute massage session for qualifying therapists. This is a growth goal, not a guaranteed increase or timeline. Flexible Scheduling Approximately 8-20 hours per week , depending on your availability and patient demand. Weekday and weekend opportunities, with most current patient volume during the week. Scheduling around patient appointments, with no expectation to remain in the clinic when you have no scheduled patients. Opportunity to build your caseload as patient volume grows. Tell us which days work for you and how many sessions you would like to provide each week. Support for Your Work Our administrative team deals with referrals, scheduling, authorizations, and communication with patients' care teams so you can focus on treatment. We are building a small team of therapists who value consistent care, clear communication, and a respectful environment for veterans and other patients.
