Pediatric Holistic Wellness, LLC is seeking three compassionate, dependable Licensed Massage Therapists to serve pediatric and adult clients throughout the Colorado Springs area. This is a flexible independent-contractor opportunity designed for therapists with full-time availability who want to provide meaningful, relationship-centered care outside a traditional spa environment. Our therapists support children and adults with disabilities, developmental differences, complex needs, and individualized wellness goals. Services may be provided in clients' homes or at one of two pH Wellness private therapy locations, allowing clients to travel to the therapist when appropriate.

Compensation:

$50/hour Work settings: Client homes and two pH Wellness private therapy locations Therapists will travel to scheduled appointments throughout the Colorado Springs area. Contractors must provide their own professional massage equipment and supplies. What You Will Do Provide professional massage therapy services within your Colorado license and scope of practice Serve pediatric and adult clients, including individuals with disabilities and complex support needs Travel to scheduled in-home appointments throughout the Colorado Springs service area Provide services at one of pH Wellness's two private therapy locations when clients are able to travel Adapt services appropriately to each client's age, abilities, communication style, and individualized needs Maintain professional, respectful communication with clients, families, caregivers, and the pH Wellness team Complete required Medicaid service documentation accurately and promptly after every appointment Follow established confidentiality, safety, incident-reporting, scheduling, and care-coordination procedures Maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries and uphold client dignity at all times Provide and maintain your own massage table, linens, oils or lotions, and other necessary professional equipment Required Qualifications Current Colorado Massage Therapy License in good standing Experience working with children and members of the disabled community Full-time availability Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client appointments Ability to provide your own professional massage equipment and supplies Ability to complete electronic Medicaid documentation for every service appointment Strong communication, organization, dependability, and professional judgment Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with families and the pH Wellness team Ability to pass required Colorado background screening Ability to complete and pass a CAPS check A CAPS check reviews whether an individual has a substantiated finding involving mistreatment of an at-risk adult in Colorado's Adult Protective Services system.
