$41 per completed massage + 100% of tips Paikuli Wellness Center is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing therapeutic massage practice in Colorado Springs. We specialize in restorative and medical massage with a growing focus on serving Veterans through the VA Community Care Network. We are looking for a dependable, professional therapist who wants flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to build their own clientele while also treating patients provided through the practice. Applicants must be willing and able to complete credentialing with TriWest Healthcare Alliance / VA Community Care Network. We will help guide the selected therapist through our credentialing and onboarding process. This position is ideal for a massage therapist who enjoys working with clients who have specific medical diagnoses or conditions and who understands the importance of detailed documentation, individualized treatment, and continuity of care.

Compensation and benefits:

$41 per completed insurance/VA massage to start plus 100% of your tips. 70% of the service payment from self-pay/cash clients you personally bring to the practice. There is no expectation that you bring an existing client base. Up to $50 per month for health or dental insurance reimbursement. Proof of insurance must be provided. Choose your own schedule All major holidays off unless otherwise requested by employee. Lotion, linens, and cups are provided. We provide the treatment space, scheduling infrastructure, administrative support, and opportunities to treat patients referred through our growing practice.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized therapeutic massage based on each client's needs, medical diagnosis, treatment goals, and authorized services. Work primarily with veterans and clients receiving care through VA-related services. Modify massage techniques appropriately based on the client's condition, symptoms, limitations, and treatment plan. Monitor client progress throughout the course of treatment. Document changes, improvements, ongoing symptoms, limitations, and treatment response. Provide clients with appropriate self-care recommendations within your professional scope. Complete detailed SOAP notes after every massage session. Ensure SOAP notes are completed within 24 hours of each appointment so claims can be submitted promptly.

Important:

Accurate and timely documentation is an essential part of this position and directly affects when services can be billed and when commission compensation can be processed.

What We're Looking For:

Current Colorado massage therapy license in good standing At least 6 months of professional massage therapy experience preferred. Professional liability insurance as required Ability to successfully complete TriWest/VA Community Care credentialing Comfortable working with clients who may have complex medical conditions, chronic pain, injuries, or mobility limitations, and related conditions Reliable and professional Good communication and documentation habits Comfortable completing required treatment documentation for medical/VA patients Able to work independently while being part of a growing practice Professionalism and strong attention to detail.

You should be comfortable:

Learning about each client's diagnosis and treatment goals. Adjusting your treatment approach to the individual client. Communicating professionally about symptoms and progress. Providing appropriate self-care recommendations. Completing thorough SOAP notes after every visit. Taking responsibility for timely and accurate documentation. Documentation is a critical part of the job.
