This isn't a spa job, and that's the point. If you've felt like a commodity, pushed through seven or eight massages a day until your hands ache, we built this clinic differently. Why therapists choose Wholistic Healing Experiences Your body matters here. We work with you to set a sustainable workload that protects your hands and your longevity. Our services also ask less deep-pressure work of your hands and arms than typical massage work, so you can build a long career. Rooms with a view. Every treatment room is spacious with windows, set up more like an executive suite than a franchise. Look out at Pikes Peak or the neighboring golf course instead of four blank walls. No waiting around for walk-ins. Our schedule typically fills within your first week or two. When a slot does open, you choose: take it as personal time, or let the front desk fill it with the notice you need. Work that means something. Many of our clients are veterans recovering from complex injuries and surgeries. You'll see real progress across their care. A team, not a competition. Clients see multiple therapists during their care, and we refer to each other when someone else is a better fit. No client ownership. No selling, no tip-chasing. You'll never be asked to push upgrades or add-ons. Cupping, aromatherapy, deep pressure, peppermint scalp massage, and hot stone spot treatments are all included in the service price. Gratuity isn't expected, since most of our clients are veterans on a medical referral. When a client does choose to tip, by cash or card, 100% goes to you. Room to grow. We provide on-the-job training in the techniques we use, so you can build new skills. About the role You'll work across both our clinical and wellness departments, treating clients with complex needs, including post-surgical orthopedic cases and clients with devices like pain stimulators. Because we bill insurance, you'll keep detailed SOAP notes that go beyond typical spa documentation. What we're looking for Current Colorado LMT license 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience Continuing education beyond massage school Confidence working with complex injuries Solid knowledge of detailed SOAP notes and a good attitude about documentation (we'll help you sharpen this) A genuine team mindset, comfortable sharing clients and collaborating Openness to learning new techniques on the job Compensation $45.83-$79.56 per treatment hour, paid as commission. Tips aren't expected and aren't included in this range, but when clients do tip, you keep 100%. Most of our clients use insurance, so rates vary by the client's coverage.
