Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Denver, CO. The Massage Therapist will perform a range of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs. Responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, providing stress management support, maintaining client records (SOAP note format), and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also requires maintaining a clean and welcoming treatment space and collaborating with a team of wellness professionals. Role Expectations Actively participate in building your book of clients through rebooking, referrals, and outreach Contribute to the studio's social media presence (content, visibility, and/or education) Be comfortable being featured in or participating in content creation Utilize downtime for paid studio tasks including cleaning, client follow-up, laundry, restocking, and marketing support Maintain a high standard of client care with a focus on retention and consistency. Requirements Active massage therapy license in Colorado Professional liability insurance Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other standard techniques Thorough intake and out take ability Strong customer service skills and commitment to client satisfaction Willing to learn new techniques to offer all upgrades that our studio provides (cupping, hot stone, aromatherapy, CBD, etc.) CPR and First Aid training •preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits Commission:
28-35% per session (based on session length and upgrades) 100% of tips retained by therapist Paid downtime at Denver minimum wage for all non-booked hours spent completing studio tasks. You're always getting paid, and this is NOT a 1099 position!! Sick pay accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked Professional liability insurance reimbursement after 1 year of employment Growth Opportunity As Somnium Therapeutics expands into additional areas of Denver, opportunities for increased hours, leadership, and growth will be available.
