Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - Full-Time or Part-Time Fusion Sport Rehab & Fusion Accident CareHighlands Ranch, Colorado Join an Established Practice with a Full Patient Schedule Fusion Sport Rehab and Fusion Accident Care are seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our multidisciplinary team. We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities and will build a schedule around the right candidate. For over 17 years, we've helped patients recover from orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and motor vehicle accidents through a collaborative, evidence-based approach. Unlike many massage therapy positions, you'll step into an established practice with a consistent stream of referrals from our in-house physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists—allowing you to focus on treating patients instead of building your own clientele. Compensation $40-$60+ per hour, based on experience Performance bonuses Flexible scheduling Opportunities for increased compensation and career growth Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage for patients with: Personal injury and motor vehicle accident injuries Orthopedic and post-operative conditions Sports injuries and athletic recovery Neck, back, and soft tissue pain Chronic musculoskeletal conditions Work closely with our physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and rehabilitation team to help patients recover and return to doing what they love. Qualifications Required Current Colorado Massage Therapy License Excellent manual therapy and communication skills Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Strong documentation and time-management skills Preferred 1+ years of experience (motivated new graduates encouraged to apply) Experience with deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, or sports massage Personal injury rehabilitation experience (training provided) Spanish-speaking is a plus Why Fusion?
