Qualifications:

Strong communication and evaluation skills to assess client needs, establish treatment plan and deliver professional treatment recommendations Valid CO License Professional Liability Insurance Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist and provide proof of license and liability insurance Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week Our Massage Therapists are responsible for: Following our proven systems for providing a superior massage therapy experience for your clients and members. Customizing massage based on client needs and preferences Building rapport with clients that encourage them to become monthly members with us Educating clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and how enhancements may create even better results in their wellness goals Providing a professional recommendation for next steps in a client's treatment plan Creating SOAP/intake notes for each massage session Collaborating with our front desk team to provide the highest level of care to all guests
