The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide exceptional patient care. This role requires a commitment to promoting wellness and pain management through various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage. This therapist will work closely in a collaborative environment with our chiropractic providers to provide the best care for patients. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue, relaxation, and therapeutic techniques. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to support patient care. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices for pain management. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy. Proficient in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue massage . Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient service and satisfaction. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans. Familiarity with medical terminology related to health and wellness. Understanding of pain management strategies within a therapeutic context. Experience in med spa environments is a plus but not required. •Must be licensed to practice in the state of Colorado.
