About Spavia Louisville Spavia Louisville is seeking full-time and part-time licensed massage therapists at all levels of experience, to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Louisville, CO. Massage Therapists earn competitive wages per treatment with increased pay for advanced modalities, gratuity, and eligible for bonuses and sale commissions. Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our massage therapists to offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatments. Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and maternity massages. At select locations, we also offer massage enhancements including CBD and Hypervolt to increase the guest experience and results. In-house training provided for your benefit. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, body wraps, and much more! Benefits for
Massage Therapists:
Pay range of $32-55/hr.
  • $32/hr is the base and then including gratuity and expanded modalities can earn an average $55/hr. Flexible but consistent schedule
  • set your own hours! At 30 hours a week, you're making a minimum of $50,000/yr.
  • up to $100,000/yr.
at 35 hours. Responsibilities:
Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and relevant medical or physiological information using proper medical terminology. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols, including sanitation standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to optimize patient outcomes. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and service quality.
