Discover Health & Wellness Northglenn is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our busy chiropractic and wellness office. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel their best through high-quality therapeutic massage. This is a part-time W-2 position with the opportunity to grow into additional hours. We have an established patient base and actively work to keep our therapists' schedules full. We are open from 9:00AM-6:00PM Applicants who can work more than one evening per week are strongly encouraged to apply. We are open Monday-Thursday and closed Friday-Sunday. No weekend shifts! For therapists working longer daytime schedules, we have a lunch break from 1:00-3:00 PM . Outside of lunch, we work hard to keep our therapists' schedules filled during their available working hours. About the Position Most massage appointments are scheduled in 60-minute blocks with approximately 50 minutes of hands-on massage therapy . Responsibilities Provide professional, high-quality therapeutic massage Perform techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, and other therapeutic massage techniques within your training and scope of practice Communicate with patients about their symptoms, areas of concern, and treatment goals Tailor massage sessions to each patient's individual needs Educate patients about ongoing massage care and available massage packages when appropriate Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment Work alongside our chiropractic and wellness team to provide an excellent patient experience Qualifications Current license to practice massage therapy in Colorado 1+ year of massage therapy experience preferred Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology Professional, dependable, and punctual Strong communication and patient-service skills Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Compensation $40-$45 per completed 60-minute massage appointment, based on experience, PLUS tips and bonuses.
