Job Overview Strength and Healing Massage Therapy is growing in leaps and bounds. I am looking for a qualified LMT with a cheerful heart!
Pay Scale:
$40-$70 per massage depending on service. Keep 100% of your tips. 1099 Independant Contractor Uplifting no drama environment. Team building events Mentoring from a more experienced massage therapist. Flexable hours All massage product is provided by the company. Laundry service provided. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address pain management and promote relaxation. Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to inform treatment decisions. Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and progress made by patients. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to enhance patient outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area. Qualifications Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to massage therapy. Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health is preferred. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Previous experience in a massage setting is a plus, but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the field of massage therapy.
