Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem A healthcare facility in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support their pharmacy operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on accurate medication distribution and exceptional customer service.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday, September 8-11, 2026: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day) Monday through Friday, September 14-18, 2026: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day) Monday through Friday, September 21-25, 2026: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day) Total hours: 119 hours over the three-week period
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other licensed practitioners Provide clear, helpful information to customers regarding medication use and safety Deliver superior customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with pharmacy protocols Collaborate with healthcare team members to support effective pharmacy operations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT) required Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education Attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
