Job Description
Back & Body Chiropractic is seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to treat massage clients and chiropractic patients for a current employee's maternity leave. This commission based position offers approximately 15+ hours performing 60-120 minute long massages by appointment, with an additional few hours providing myofascial release and trigger point therapy to chiropractic patients briefly before their adjustments. The duration of this job is approximately 5 months.

Clinical massage school program completion required. The ideal individual will have a reliable vehicle, and will be extremely dependable. Repeated missed shifts, lateness, or call-outs will result in termination. Rudeness and poor attitude will not be tolerated.Training will include:
several hours learning our EHR, shadowing chiro and massage to learn about the office, training on front desk check in/out procedures. Will participate in occasional community events road races as needed. Other duties as assigned The employment contract states that the therapist is expressly prohibited from providing their personal contact information to clients. This includes connecting with patients or clients of the practice via e-mail, text, personal phone, or social media. Clients are to contact the office directly for all scheduling or payment concerns. Violation of any part of this policy is grounds for termination, per the employment agreement and office policies manual. This position does not allow for simultaneous employment at a competing local business.Compensation:
Approx 15+ hrs per week at 60/40 commission for experienced therapists is compensation for hourly massage. Rates vary for 60 min, 90 min, 120 min with additional compensation for CBD, hot stones, cupping, KT taping and prenatal (if trained). New graduates may expect 50/50 commission with potential to increase to 60/40 after one year of employment depending on first annual employee review, or if candidate demonstrates exceptional growth in clinical approach and judgement in early months of working . Time charting and turning room over included in commission. Eligible for retirement benefits with employer matching contributions after one year with company. 2-4 hours per week chiropractic shift: brief sports massage/myofascial release prior to adjustment. These shifts vary based on chiropractic schedule fluctuations.Hours:
