We are looking for a therapist who provides excellent hands-on care and creates a relaxing, comfortable, and professional experience for every client. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, knowledgeable, and able to customize massage sessions based on individual client needs and preferences. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services based on individual client needs. Review relevant client information and discuss concerns and treatment goals before each session. Customize massage techniques and pressure appropriately. Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality. Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and relaxing treatment room. Follow appropriate sanitation and infection-control procedures. Complete documentation as required. Communicate professionally with clients and clinic staff. Be punctual and prepared for scheduled appointments. Help maintain supplies and treatment-room organization. Provide a consistent, comfortable, and professional client experience. Qualifications Current Connecticut massage therapy license in good standing. Previous professional massage therapy experience preferred. Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and appropriate client care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and client comfort. Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs. Previous experience in a wellness clinic, medical wellness practice, spa, or similar setting preferred.
