Victorian Day Spa is a growing wellness center dedicated to restoring balance and well-being through expert bodywork and holistic care. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist who is passionate about supporting clients on their healing journey.

Committed to continuous learning and professional growth A clear communicator who stays connected to each guest's needs A team player who contributes to a harmonious and supportive workplace Dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized bodywork that truly makes a difference At our spa, you have the flexibility to set your schedule , but we are currently looking for someone who can cover 2-3 evening shifts per week (3-7 PM) or (4-7 PM) and work at least every other Saturday.

Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of therapeutic massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone Customize treatments to address client needs and concerns Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and preferences Educate guests on self-care techniques and recommend additional treatments or products when beneficial Ensure a clean, organized, and professional treatment space

Requirements:

State license in massage therapy (Required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability for 2-3 evening shifts per week (3-7 PM) and at least every other Saturday Knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits Reliable transportation to and from the spa

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based pay structure (35-50%) based on experience and education, with opportunities for bonuses Annual continuing education credit compensation Up to $75+ per service hour (including gratuities), based on experience, product sales, and enhancements Sheets are provided Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance How to
