Flexible scheduling available. Weekend availability is highly preferred. About Spa Flow Studio Spa Flow Studio is a therapist-owned wellness studio focused on delivering exceptional massage therapy and personalized client care in a calm, professional environment. We are located in the heart of downtown DC at 1108 K Street NW and serve both local residents and professionals seeking therapeutic and relaxation-focused services. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs Review health histories and conduct client consultations Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked Deliver outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming spa experience Qualifications Current DC Massage Therapy License (required) Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Experience in therapeutic, deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, or sports massage is a plus What We Offer Flexible scheduling Established client base Professional and supportive work environment Convenient downtown location near Metro Competitive commission-based compensation Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding wellness brand Compensation 50% commission-based pay plus tips.
