This role partners with Spa Management to uphold service excellence, mentor and coaching, support with onboarding and training. This position helps promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and outstanding guest care This position also leads by example through exceptional technical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and team development Responsibilities- Provide high-quality massage therapy services in accordance with Florida law, Hand & Stone standards, and company policies
- Delivers exceptional guest experience that promotes client retention, memberships, and referrals
- Mentors and coaches, the Massage Therapist team on treatment quality, professionalism, guest communication, and best practices
- Assists Spa Management with onboarding, training and development of Massage Therapists
- Aids in identifying coaching opportunities and performance improvements
- Encourages collaboration between all levels of staff in the spa environment to enhance overall guest experience
- Maintains treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies in a clean, safe, and organized manner
- Ensures compliance with all sanitation, safety, and state licensing requirements
- Assists in resolving guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Participates in meetings, training, and spa events
- Leads by example in professionalism, punctuality, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications
- Current Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Strong technical knowledge of massage modalities and body mechanics
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Passion for wellness, guest care, and professional development
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when needed Benefits
