This role partners with Spa Management to uphold service excellence, mentor and coaching, support with onboarding and training. This position helps promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and outstanding guest care This position also leads by example through exceptional technical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and team development Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage therapy services in accordance with Florida law, Hand & Stone standards, and company policies
Delivers exceptional guest experience that promotes client retention, memberships, and referrals
Mentors and coaches, the Massage Therapist team on treatment quality, professionalism, guest communication, and best practices
Assists Spa Management with onboarding, training and development of Massage Therapists
Aids in identifying coaching opportunities and performance improvements
Encourages collaboration between all levels of staff in the spa environment to enhance overall guest experience
Maintains treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies in a clean, safe, and organized manner
Ensures compliance with all sanitation, safety, and state licensing requirements
Assists in resolving guest concerns professionally and promptly
Participates in meetings, training, and spa events
Leads by example in professionalism, punctuality, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications
Current Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
Strong technical knowledge of massage modalities and body mechanics
Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
Passion for wellness, guest care, and professional development
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when needed Benefits
