This role partners with Spa Management to uphold service excellence, mentor and coaching, support with onboarding and training. This position helps promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and outstanding guest care This position also leads by example through exceptional technical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and team development Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services in accordance with Florida law, Hand & Stone standards, and company policies
  • Delivers exceptional guest experience that promotes client retention, memberships, and referrals
  • Mentors and coaches, the Massage Therapist team on treatment quality, professionalism, guest communication, and best practices
  • Assists Spa Management with onboarding, training and development of Massage Therapists
  • Aids in identifying coaching opportunities and performance improvements
  • Encourages collaboration between all levels of staff in the spa environment to enhance overall guest experience
  • Maintains treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies in a clean, safe, and organized manner
  • Ensures compliance with all sanitation, safety, and state licensing requirements
  • Assists in resolving guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Participates in meetings, training, and spa events
  • Leads by example in professionalism, punctuality, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications
  • Current Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of massage modalities and body mechanics
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Passion for wellness, guest care, and professional development
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when needed Benefits
