We believe massage is personal. Sometimes a client comes in because their body hurts. Sometimes they're overwhelmed and simply need an hour to exhale. Sometimes they're recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic tension, or finally making time to take care of themselves. Whatever brings them through our doors, we want them to feel welcomed, comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. We're looking for a therapist who truly enjoys helping people and understands that great massage isn't just about technique. It's about connection, intuition, listening, and knowing how to meet the person on your table where they are that day. • Neuromuscular Therapy
• Trigger Point Therapy
• Myofascial Techniques
• Prenatal Massage
• Reflexology
• Hot Stone Massage
• Heated Bamboo Massage
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
• Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage / Recovery Care You don't have to know everything.

We value therapists who are confident in what they know and excited to continue learning. Experience or certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post-operative care is especially welcomed. What You'll Do You'll provide customized massage sessions based on what each client actually needs—not a scripted, one-size-fits-all routine. That means listening to your client, reviewing their intake, asking the right questions, and adjusting your approach based on their body, comfort level, goals, and feedback. You'll also:

• Create a warm and comfortable experience from beginning to end
• Provide thoughtful, professional massage therapy
• Communicate with clients about pressure, positioning, comfort, and their goals
• Maintain accurate client session notes
• Share appropriate self-care recommendations within your scope of practice
• Keep your treatment space clean, peaceful, and ready for each client
• Maintain professional draping, boundaries, and confidentiality
• Follow all applicable Florida massage therapy, sanitation, and safety requirements
• Support your fellow therapists and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment Who We're Hoping to Find Of course, we're looking for someone with great hands and a solid understanding of massage therapy.

Requirements

• Current and active Florida Massage Therapist license
• Current and active professional liability insurance coverage
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, contraindications, and safe massage practices
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to customize sessions based on individual client needs
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continue developing your skills
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team Additional certifications and specialty training are a plus, but we're equally interested in heart, professionalism, willingness to learn, and the way you care for people.
