Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and patient care. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored massage therapy treatments that promote relaxation, pain management, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions. Provide various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities as required. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to enhance patient outcomes. Document treatment plans and progress in accordance with clinic policies. Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles. Experience in pain management techniques is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care. Ability to perform various massage techniques including deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy.
