Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is a Florida-licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping patients improve their health, mobility, and quality of life. They enjoy working as part of a collaborative healthcare team and thrive in an active, patient-focused environment. We're looking for someone who is: Currently licensed as a Massage Therapist in the State of Florida Friendly, energetic, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills Passionate about therapeutic massage, rehabilitation, and patient wellness Comfortable working closely with patients experiencing pain, mobility limitations, and functional challenges Motivated to be part of a healthcare team rather than working independently in a traditional spa setting Able to build trust and develop positive relationships with patients Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment A strong communicator who collaborates effectively with providers and team members Dependable, punctual, and accountable Coachable with a willingness to learn new therapies, treatment protocols, and procedures Proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction Physically capable of standing, walking, and remaining active throughout the workday Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred) Preferred Experience While not required, experience in any of the following settings is highly valued: Chiropractic clinics Physical therapy practices Sports medicine facilities Medical or rehabilitation offices Orthopedic or wellness clinics Therapeutic, orthopedic, or medical massage environments Why Join ORSB?
