In this energetic role, you will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Travel to clients' locations to deliver customized massage therapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify specific needs, pain points, and treatment goals. Perform various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle tension and pain. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to medical terminology standards while working in diverse environments. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns promptly. Requirements Proven experience in patient service with strong skills in patient assessment and treatment planning. Certification in massage therapy with specialization in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy preferred. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management. Prior experience working in med spas or occupational health settings is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Ability to work independently while managing multiple appointments across different locations.
