The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to assess patient needs and provide tailored massage therapies. This role is essential in promoting relaxation, pain management, and overall well-being for our clients in a serene and professional environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific pain management issues. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and client progress. Collaborate with other health professionals in med spa or occupational health settings as needed. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the treatment area. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in anatomy knowledge and physiology knowledge. Familiarity with pain management techniques and patient assessment practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Experience in specialized areas such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, or med spa services is preferred but not mandatory. A valid massage therapy license or certification is required.
