If you love the idea of working in a collaborative wellness environment — where your skills are respected, patients value therapeutic care, and you're not stuck grinding through a spa schedule — keep reading. We're Dr. Meghan Barry DC and Dr. Monica Hudson DC, owners of M&M Chiropractic & Wellness just outside the Bell Tower Neighborhood in Fort Myers. Our practice focuses on personalized, conservative care for active adults who want to move better, feel better, and stay active. As our patient community continues to grow, we're ready to bring on a licensed massage therapist who wants to build a thriving massage practice within an established clinic. This isn't a spa environment. It's a collaborative care model where massage therapy and chiropractic work together to help patients feel and function their best. Who This Opportunity Is Perfect For This role tends to be a great fit for massage therapists who: Currently work at a spa or chain but want more professional autonomy Started their own practice but realized marketing and overhead are exhausting Want a steady stream of referrals without having to build everything alone Love therapeutic work and helping people actually get better — not just relax for an hour If you enjoy working with active adults dealing with things like back tension, shoulder strain, mobility issues, or stress-related tightness, you'll likely love the patients we serve. What Makes This Opportunity Different Instead of a traditional job, this is a collaborative independent contractor role designed to help you build your massage practice with real support. You'll benefit from: Patient referrals from an established chiropractic practice Front desk scheduling and administrative support A professional treatment room inside an established clinic Opportunities to participate in community wellness events The ability to grow your own clientele without the stress of running a full business alone Many of our patients are already asking for massage therapy — we're excited to bring the right therapist into the practice. Compensation Structure This position is structured as a collaborative contractor partnership, designed so both the therapist and clinic grow together.
