Licensed Massage Therapist Silver Salons & Spas is growing! We're looking to expand our team with a compassionate, skilled Massage Therapist to serve residents in our beautiful, upscale senior living community salon. This is a unique opportunity to work in a calm, supportive, and rewarding environment—where you can build meaningful relationships while helping residents look and feel their best. Our salon offers all the benefits of a commercial spa while serving a built-in clientele within the community. This is an independent contractor, commissioned position.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Massage Therapy license Ability to pass a Level 2 background check

Responsibilities:

Perform customized massage therapy services to address clients' individual needs and preferences Review clients' medical histories and conditions to determine the most effective treatment approach Provide exceptional customer service in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and offer self-care recommendations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques (including deep tissue, trigger point, and relaxation therapy) Ability to assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans Skilled in pain management and providing relief for various musculoskeletal conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients
