X3 Performance & Physical Therapy is a results-driven training and rehabilitation facility focused on helping athletes and active individuals move, perform, and recover at a high level. As we continue to grow and transition locations, we are seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team through a full-time room sublease opportunity.

Position Overview:

This is a unique opportunity for a Licensed Massage Therapist to operate independently within a high-performance environment. You will have access to a steady flow of clientele including athletes, fitness clients, and individuals seeking recovery and therapeutic services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services (sports, deep tissue, recovery, etc.)
• Build and maintain your own client base while integrating into our existing network
• Collaborate with strength coaches and physical therapy staff when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space
• Manage your own scheduling, payments, and client communication
• Collaborative care with other professionals

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License (required)
• Liability insurance
