This is an independent practice opportunity—not a salaried or hourly position. Therapists bring and bill their own clients, set their own prices, and pay Audens for approved studio access. The opportunity Audens Golf Performance is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to build or expand an independent practice within a premium, technology-enabled performance studio. This opportunity is designed for a therapist who can bring or build a private-pay clientele and who values evidence-informed care, athlete recovery, and collaboration with physical therapy, strength and conditioning, golf, sports science, and high-performance professionals. Audens is building a select network of two to three trusted providers in each specialty, supported by a limited group of approved drop-in providers. Core providers may reserve recurring AM and/or PM blocks on designated days. Drop-in access may be available for individual open blocks, subject to scheduling and approval. What Audens provides Access to an approved private treatment and recovery area during reserved studio blocks. Access to designated studio resources and relevant performance information following required training, client authorization, and approval. Proximity to DARI movement screening, force-plate testing, physical therapy, strength and conditioning, golf, and high-performance expertise. A professional setting suitable for one-on-one sports, therapeutic, and recovery-focused massage services within the therapist's licensed scope of practice. Potential for interdisciplinary collaboration and appropriate cross-referrals, without guaranteed client volume. How the relationship works Choose an approved recurring AM and/or PM block, or request available drop-in access. Operate under your own business, treatment approach, service model, and pricing. Bring and manage your own clients; Audens does not employ the therapist or control the therapist's service fees. Use the facility and designated resources only during reserved times and for approved services within your licensed scope of practice. Complete required orientation for the studio, scheduling, sanitation, linen handling, safety, client privacy, and collaborative standards. What you will own Building and maintaining your own client base and referral relationships. Setting your own service offerings and client pricing within your licensed scope of practice. Managing scheduling, billing, payment collection, intake, informed consent, treatment documentation, and all required business and client records. Maintaining an active Florida massage therapist license, professional liability insurance, required certifications and registrations, and all tax obligations. Providing appropriate draping, sanitation, infection-control practices, and linen management while leaving shared spaces clean, organized, and ready for the next provider. Following Audens facility, scheduling, safety, confidentiality, emergency, technology-use, and brand guidelines. Required qualifications Active, clear Florida license as a Massage Therapist and authorization to provide all services offered. Current professional liability insurance appropriate to massage therapy and all services provided. Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality sports, therapeutic, or recovery-focused massage to athletes and active adults. Strong knowledge of contraindications, informed consent, professional boundaries, draping, sanitation, and client documentation. Professional communication and the ability to work effectively with adults, junior athletes and their parents or guardians, competitive players, and other providers. Strongly preferred Training or certification in sports massage, myofascial techniques, assisted stretching, recovery services, or other relevant modalities. Experience supporting golfers, rotational athletes, or clients managing training-related soreness, mobility restrictions, and recovery demands. Experience collaborating with physical therapists, strength coaches, athletic trainers, golf coaches, or sports medicine professionals while maintaining clear scope-of-practice boundaries. An existing Jacksonville-area client base, club network, medical or fitness referral network, or other local referral relationships. Evidence of package sales, client retention, repeat-booking systems, or independent practice growth. A strong fit looks like You are an excellent practitioner and a responsible independent operator. Pay:

$50.00 - $250.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 35.0 per week
