Our approach combines therapeutic and medically informed techniques with a relaxing wellness environment . We specialize in therapeutic massage, manual lymphatic drainage, post-surgical recovery, and treatments designed to support mobility, function, recovery, pain management, and overall wellness. At the same time, we recognize the importance of relaxation and nervous-system regulation as part of whole-body wellness. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a therapist who is professional, dependable, compassionate, and interested in developing their skills while growing with the practice.

The ideal candidate:

Holds a current Florida Massage Therapy License Is experienced in deep tissue and therapeutic massage , or is motivated and trainable in these techniques Has strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and client safety Is comfortable customizing sessions based on each client's needs and goals Maintains a polished, professional appearance and conduct Communicates effectively and provides excellent client care Is dependable, punctual, organized, and respectful Works well as part of a team Has a growth-oriented mindset and wants to help build a successful long-term practice Is willing to learn new techniques, protocols, and services Additional Skills Are Welcome Experience or training in additional modalities is a plus, including: Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Prenatal massage Craniosacral therapy Myofascial release Trigger point therapy Stretching and mobility techniques Cupping Sports or orthopedic massage Other therapeutic or wellness-focused modalities MLD experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Training opportunities may be available. Our Philosophy Restore is not exclusively a medical practice or a traditional day spa. We bring elements of both together. Our goal is to provide evidence-informed, therapeutic care in a calm and restorative environment . Sessions may focus on reducing muscular tension, improving mobility and function, supporting lymphatic health and recovery, or simply helping clients relax and regulate the nervous system. We want therapists who understand that excellent care involves both technical skill and the client experience .
