Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop customized treatment plans that support pain management and overall wellness. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and post-treatment recommendations to enhance ongoing recovery. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, answering questions, and fostering a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service with a focus on therapeutic massage techniques such as deep tissue. Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that promotes client trust and satisfaction. Prior experience working in a spa or occupational health setting is preferred.
