Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through personalized treatment plans and attentive care. Duties Deliver a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, pain points, and treatment objectives Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed treatment records, including client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, answer questions, and build lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism Follow all safety protocols by maintaining CPR certification and adhering to medical terminology standards during treatments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize client outcomes Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in massage therapy + proof of insurance Proven experience in providing various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pain management principles to tailor treatments effectively Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate clearly Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage practices Prior experience working in med spas or occupational health environments is preferred but not essential Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple clients in a fast-paced setting Join our team and help us create a relaxing oasis where clients feel valued and cared for.
