True Massage is a well-established and therapist-owned massage therapy studio dedicated to restoring well-being by relieving pain and stress. Our team of skilled and compassionate practitioners is committed to delivering professional therapeutic massage services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and supportive environment for both our clients and team members. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques, a commitment to client-centered care, and a genuine interest in developing a consistent clientele. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, based on individual needs and preferences. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand specific concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique health and wellness objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes. Schedule clients for follow-up appointments. Qualifications Valid Florida Massage Therapy License Professional liability insurance coverage Strong proficiency in a variety of modalities including deep tissue, prenatal, and pain management techniques Compassionate and client-focused approach to care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace Therapists Can Expect 1099 Employment Flexible Scheduling 30 minutes between appointments Free monthly massages How to Apply Please send your resume to mytruemassage@gmail.com with the subject line "Massage Therapist Position."
