We are looking for someone who wants more than just a place to perform services. We want a therapist who is committed to building and maintaining a clientele, providing an exceptional guest experience, and being a reliable part of a collaborative spa environment. Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor Paid weekly Minimum 3 days of availability per week Must have availability every other weekend Must maintain a flexible schedule Must be willing to accept appointments booked with as little as 2 hours' notice during your stated availability Client appointments are scheduled through the spa Opportunity to grow your schedule and establish a consistent clientele What We're Looking For Our ideal therapist is: Currently licensed to practice massage therapy in Florida Professional, dependable, and punctual Warm and confident when communicating with clients Comfortable recommending appropriate services and future appointments based on client needs Able to provide a consistently high-quality massage experience Willing to work as part of a team while managing the responsibilities that come with being an independent contractor Motivated to build client relationships and encourage rebooking Flexible and responsive when appointments are added to their available schedule Committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment space Availability Expectations This position is best suited for someone who has genuine availability to grow their clientele. Contractors must provide at least three days of availability each week, including every other weekend. During the availability you provide, you should be prepared to accept bookings made up to two hours before the appointment time. We understand that flexibility goes both ways, but reliability is extremely important to our clients and our team.
