"Find the problem, accept it where you find it, correct it, and leave it alone." Our massage therapists use the same philosophy. We do not have prepaid memberships or cookie-cutter massage sessions. Each massage is directed at fixing a problem. 30, 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions depending on what the patient needs. Results should be seen within a session or two or we need to find out what the deeper issue is. Work along side the chiropractor with full spine, structural x-rays to help with analysis and treatment strategy. Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, to meet individual patient needs. Stay current with industry best practices and expand your skills through ongoing professional development in areas such as physiology, anatomy, pain management, and medical terminology. You are NOT required to sign up patients for plans or "upsell" anything. Ever. Patients will be provided to you to address specific issues. Use your expertise to find the best solution and treatments to help that patient on that day. Educate patients on post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness - including when to return to see optimal results.

Tell the patient when they should come back in! All scheduling, payments, and tips will be managed by the office staff so there are no awkward steps for the therapist. Every appointment ends with the front desk asking, "Would you like to leave a tip for _______?" as payment is taken. Equipment is provided by the clinic. Table, sheets, oil... Laundry is done by the staff in the office. The therapist is responsible for changing sheets between patients and providing therapy. Qualifications Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and prenatal massage. Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations as well as up to date insurance. Previous experience is a plus. Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
