The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver tailored treatments that meet individual client needs. The Licensed Massage Therapist will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and supporting their health goals through expert therapy techniques. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities aimed at pain management and relaxation. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing health improvement. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in accordance with occupational health standards. Document client progress and treatment details accurately in compliance with medical and spa industry regulations. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education to enhance skills and service quality. Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns with professionalism and empathy. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments preferred; experience with occupational health is a plus. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and adapt treatments accordingly. Knowledge of occupational health standards to ensure safe practice environments. Prior experience with med spa procedures is desirable but not required; willingness to learn new techniques is essential.
