Our chiropractic and personal injury clinic is looking for a motivated Massage Therapist or Manual Therapist to provide hands-on treatment. Working alongside our chiropractors, you'll play a key role in delivering individualized patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment. Responsibilities Perform manual therapy treatments as directed by the supervising chiropractor. Assist patients with therapeutic and rehabilitative exercise programs. Administer passive therapies according to treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and communicate any concerns or changes to the clinical team. Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each patient. Ensure a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming clinical environment by following guidelines and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with chiropractors and other team members to provide exceptional patient care. Give a positive experience for every patient. Qualifications Massage Therapy license/certification. Not Required. Understanding of rehabilitation principles and therapeutic exercise is preferred. Hands-on manual therapy skills with attention to patient comfort and safety. Ability to maintain professionalism while managing patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. Patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards. Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening/ fingerprint screening.
