Our treatments are designed to relieve chronic pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from conditions such as frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, post-surgical restrictions, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal dysfunctions. The Role & Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Medical Massage Therapist who can pinpoint structural issues and design targeted treatment plans.

Clinical Assessment:

Confidently evaluate clients, identify specific muscles in distress, and accurately track down the true source of their pain (e.g., lower back pain, stiff neck, arthritis).

Targeted Treatment:

Perform high-quality clinical and medical massage therapy.

Expert Recommendations:

Consult with clients to build out customized long-term recovery goals. You must have a strong sense of recommendation and rebooking experience to guide patients on their continuation of care.

Professional Integrity:

Maintain a clean, professional, and tranquil environment while upholding the highest moral standards for a strictly therapeutic experience. Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

If your background is only in relaxation/spa environments, please do not apply. This role requires established clinical/medical experience.

Anatomy Expertise:

You must have 100% mastery of anatomy and a deep understanding of musculoskeletal structures.

Experience:

Proven experience in a clinical or medical setting. Must have a recommended treatment plan.

Licensure:

Must hold an active, valid Florida Massage Therapist License (LMT).

Specialized Certifications:
