We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping clients feel their absolute best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. In this role, you'll deliver intentional, results-driven treatments designed to relieve tension, support recovery, and create a deeply relaxing experience our clients can't wait to come back to. Responsibilities Deliver customized, results-driven massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's individual needs (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy, etc.) Conduct thoughtful client consultations to understand health history, lifestyle, and treatment goals prior to each service Maintain a clean, calming, and professional treatment environment in alignment with all sanitation and health standards Educate clients on at-home care and recommend personalized treatment plans to support long-term results Document services, client progress, and any relevant notes to ensure continuity of care Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and genuine connection Requirements Active Florida Massage Therapist license in good standing Strong knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and modalities to support diverse client needs Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, educate, and build trust with clients Ability to create a calm, welcoming environment that prioritizes client comfort and overall experience Commitment to professionalism, client confidentiality, and adherence to all health and safety standards Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred, but not required—we value a willingness to learn and grow CPR and/or First Aid certification is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your work truly makes a difference in people's lives.
