Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address client-specific concerns. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health histories and current conditions. Educate clients on the benefits of different massage therapies and provide personalized recommendations for ongoing care. Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive pain management and occupational health strategies. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in physiology knowledge to continually enhance service quality. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills that foster trust and comfort. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and their application in therapeutic massage. Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques preferred. Familiarity with occupational health principles and Chiropractic is a plus.
