Duties Perform a range of professional massage and skincare services to meet individual client needs. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively and addressing client concerns. Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products to enhance client satisfaction Valid licenses in both Massage Therapy and Cosmetology or Esthetician credentials with proven experience in both fields. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and skincare routines. Experience in product recommendations to support client needs beyond service delivery. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
