Job Overview Glow St. Pete Medical Spa is looking for licensed, independent 1099 contractors to join us on a commission basis. We're an established med spa serving a loyal client base of women ages 25-45, offering injectables, laser, and skincare, and we're expanding into massage, lash, and head spa services to round out the client experience. We're hiring independent contractors for: Licensed Massage Therapist Lash Specialist (extensions, lifts, tinting, brow lamination) What we're looking for: Active Florida license in your specialty (massage therapy license, cosmetology/specialty license as applicable) Proof of liability insurance Reliable, client-focused, and professional Comfortable building your own clientele with our support Job Duties-for all contractors: Perform treatments within your licensed specialty for scheduled clients Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional treatment room between appointments Review client intake forms and communicate clearly about services, results, and aftercare Manage your own appointment calendar and confirm bookings in a timely manner Keep licensing, certifications, and liability insurance current and on file If applying as

Massage Therapist:

Perform therapeutic, deep tissue, or relaxation massage tailored to each client's needs Adjust technique based on intake information and any health considerations Recommend appropriate follow-up care or session frequency If applying as

Lash Specialist:

Apply classic, hybrid, or volume lash extensions based on client preference and eye shape Perform lash lifts, tints, and safe removals Perform brow lamination and tinting for a fuller, styled look Educate clients on aftercare to maximize retention Compensation This is a 1099 commission-based position -you keep 40 % of the service price for every appointment you complete, and 100% of your tips. No hourly minimums or caps on what you can earn. You work when you are booked. The more you book, the more you make.
