Our practice has grown quickly, and so has the demand for massage therapy. We currently have a Lead Massage Therapist who specializes in medical massage and is consistently booked solid a few weeks out. We're looking for another talented Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team so patients who need massage sooner don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. This position will begin with approximately 12 hands-on massage hours per week , with the opportunity to add additional hours as your schedule fills. Our goal is to build your schedule intentionally and expand your availability once those initial hours are consistently booked. Your Role As one of our Licensed Massage Therapists, you'll provide therapeutic massage based on each patient's individual needs and goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Care Provide professional, high-quality therapeutic massage Customize sessions based on patient needs, areas of tension, injuries, and treatment goals Communicate clearly with patients before and after sessions Help patients feel comfortable, cared for, and heard Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and standards of care Collaborative Care Work alongside our chiropractors and Lead Massage Therapist as part of an integrated care team Communicate relevant findings or patient concerns when appropriate Support patients who may be receiving chiropractic care, soft-tissue therapy, rehabilitation, or other services within the practice Be interested in learning more about medical and therapeutic massage techniques Treatment Room & Documentation Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment environment Complete appropriate massage documentation and SOAP notes Stay on schedule while providing an excellent patient experience Follow all applicable professional, sanitation, and Florida licensing requirements Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is warm, reliable, skilled, and genuinely passionate about helping people.

You should be:

A current Florida Licensed Massage Therapist Dependable and punctual Professional and polished Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented healthcare environment Confident communicating with patients Interested in therapeutic, corrective, or medical-style massage Open to learning and receiving feedback Able to customize massage rather than providing the exact same session to every patient Interested in building a consistent patient following Excited about growing with the practice We care just as much about attitude, reliability, and fit with our team as we do about years of experience. Especially Valuable Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required: Medical massage Deep tissue massage Trigger point therapy Myofascial release Sports massage Injury-focused massage Neuromuscular therapy Working with chiropractic patients Working with chronic pain or mobility concerns If you're newer to the profession but highly motivated, coachable, and interested in developing stronger therapeutic massage skills, we still encourage you to apply. Schedule & Growth Opportunity This position will begin at approximately 12 massage hours per week . We already have an established massage program with significant patient demand, and our current Lead Massage Therapist is regularly booked solid weeks in advance. Rather than overloading a new therapist immediately, we want to give you the opportunity to build a strong, consistent schedule. As your initial 12 hours become consistently booked, there is potential to add additional hours based on patient demand, your availability, and performance. This could remain a great part-time position or develop into a significantly larger role for the right person.
