READ THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY
This is a clinical corrective therapy seat. Apply only if all four of these are true: You hold an active, unrestricted Florida LMT license. You train, now. Running, lifting, CrossFit, golf, tennis, pickleball, or something comparable. Every session here includes demonstrating and coaching corrective and athletic movement, and you will do the same at gym and run club events. Our clients are active adults and they expect their therapist to understand their sport from the inside. Corrective Bodyworks does not offer energy work of any kind: Reiki, chakra work, crystals, biomagnetism, sound healing, distance sessions, or anything similar. We are hands-on, evidence-based manual therapy and corrective movement only, and that will not be added later. If that is the work you want to do, this is not your seat. You want one full-time seat. Not a side practice, not one of several gigs. If any one of these is not you, please do not apply. We will not move forward and neither of us gets that time back. If all four are you, keep reading. The rest of this posting was written for you. If you are an LMT who is good at your hands and tired of being paid like you are not, read this. You know the difference between a relaxation massage and work that changes how someone moves. Most places do not. They book you back to back, pay you per service hour, leave the gaps unpaid, and expect you to fill your own schedule from a membership floor. You are doing clinical work on a spa pay plan. Corrective Bodyworks (CxBW) was built for the other kind of LMT. We hire one at a time, we pay a salary, and we fill the book.
WHAT CORRECTIVE BODYWORKS IS
CxBW is a cash-based corrective therapy clinic in Sarasota. We serve active adults, golfers, pickleball and tennis players, executives, and post-rehab clients who want their posture, movement, and tissue quality to improve and are willing to invest in it. No insurance. No memberships to upsell. Clients rebook because the work holds. The Corrective Bodywork Therapist (CBT) is the core practitioner in our model: a Florida-licensed massage therapist trained in the CxBW CxFlow™ corrective methodology. You deliver hands-on manual therapy integrated with corrective movement education inside a structured, re-testable session framework. You work directly with the owner, an LMT, NMT, and CES who built the methodology, as the clinic's second practitioner. Corrective Strength Trainers (CSTs) are added as the clinic grows.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Salary, not per-service pay. Once you are through the 90-day ramp you are on an annual salary with monthly bonuses. Unpaid gaps do not exist. Six sessions a day, maximum. 60-minute sessions. Your hands last a career here. We fill your schedule. New client intakes from our marketing and events go to the ramping therapist's open slots first. You are not a sales rep for your own table. A structure, not a script. CxFlow™ gives every session the same backbone: assessment, manual therapy, activation, integration, re-test. Inside that backbone, your clinical reasoning and the modalities you already own are the point. If you have a skill that gets a client a better result, we want it in the room and in the protocol. Direct access to the owner. You train with and work next to the owner every day. No manager between you and the person who wrote the system. A published pay ladder. You can see exactly what you earn at every caseload level before you apply, and you review it with the owner every week during your ramp. Athletic-attire sessions. Most of our clients are treated in athletic clothing on a table or mat. This is clinical corrective work, not a spa.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Deliver 60-minute CBT sessions combining manual therapy (soft-tissue release, fascial mobilization, neuromuscular reactivation, cupping and approved tools) with CxFlow™ corrective sequencing Use CxBW movement and postural observations (Wall Angel, Thomas Test, and others) to inform the massage therapy plan and client education, within Florida LMT scope Teach scope-appropriate self-care and corrective drills that extend the results of the session Document each session in our SOAP format within 24 hours, including the CxFlow™ used and the re-test result Bring your own findings to the protocol. When you see a technique or sequence that produces a better result, document it and bring it to the weekly review. CxFlow™ improves through the therapists who deliver it Represent CxBW at monthly community events and booths (run clubs, gyms, health fairs), doing short demos and educational conversations
WHO THIS IS FOR
This role is not for everyone. It is for an LMT who: Already practices clinically: NMT, MFR, sports or orthopedic bodywork, or corrective work, and wants a setting built for it Wants a full, stable schedule and is done with rebuilding a book every time a club changes its promotion Thinks on the table. You read tissue and nervous system response, adjust in the moment, and can explain why Is comfortable working from a structured protocol and documenting outcomes, not just delivering a good hour Communicates clearly and warmly with clients who are paying out of pocket and expect professionalism Wants a long-term home with a defined path to Senior and Lead roles, not another 18-month stop
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR A
therapist who wants a relaxation menu, hot stone, aromatherapy, or a spa environment Anyone who practices or markets energy work, Reiki, chakra balancing, or anything done at a distance. We are hands-on, evidence-based manual therapy and corrective movement only A therapist who wants to freelance, keep a side practice, or treat this as one of several gigs. This is one full-time seat Anyone who is not comfortable being assessed, documented, and re-tested on outcomes every week. That is how the pay ladder works
COMPENSATION, PUBLISHED IN FULL
We do not believe in "competitive pay, details at interview." Here is exactly how it works: Phase / Tier | Annual Compensation | What It Looks Like Ramp Phase (first 90 days) | $900/week guaranteed base plus $35 per completed session (up to $500/month) | Guaranteed pay while your schedule builds. Weekly schedule reviews with the owner, a monthly caseload statement, and new client intakes routed to your open slots first. Tier 1: Foundations | $64,000 to $68,000/year plus bonus up to $200/month | Placed at the day-90 review once you average 18+ sessions/week. Bonus starts at a 20/week average. Tier 2: Specialist | $68,000 to $78,000/year plus bonus up to $400/month | 22 to 24 sessions/week, strong retention, refined technique across body regions. Tier 3: Senior | $78,000 to $90,000/year plus bonus up to $600/month | 25 to 27 sessions/week, deep client base, advanced technique integration, mentorship potential. Tier 4: Lead | $90,000 to $105,000/year plus bonus up to $600/month | 28 to 30 sessions/week (a full schedule). Supports onboarding of the next CBT and sets the standard for session delivery. Bonuses are paid monthly on a rolling average of completed sessions: $200 at 20/week, $400 at 23/week, $600 at 25/week. Tier advancement is merit-based, not tenure-based. Our schedule holds six sessions a day, so 30 a week is a full book and the top of the ladder is built around it. The full compensation framework is provided at the offer stage.
