Expectations:
Able to provide the following types of massages: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, Lymphatic and Reflexology. Positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, high level of costumer service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to residents and internal coworkers. Adhere to all corporate, departmental and operational policies and procedures. Must be organized, responsible and detail oriented. Florida massage therapy license
Job Summary:
Provide services to residents. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation and treatment rooms. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following the company standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements. Other duties as assigned.
