Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their concerns, medical history, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and provide recommendations for ongoing wellness routines Maintain detailed treatment records while ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with licensing standards Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, answer questions, and adjust treatments as needed Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality Uphold the highest standards of patient service, safety protocols, and hygiene practices at all times Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Proven experience in massage therapy with a focus on pain management and client communication Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and deliver targeted treatments Experience with various massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical spa services Familiarity with occupational health principles and medical terminology preferred Prior work in a med spa or wellness center environment is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients Join us to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through healing touch and expert care!
