Preferred Clinical Experience Strong experience in core massage services such as: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue / Therapeutic Massage Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Additional specialties are highly valued, including: Sports Massage Assisted Stretching Prenatal Massage Cupping Hot Stone Massage Reflexology Other therapeutic massage or bodywork specialties MLD experience is strongly preferred. We are also interested in learning about the specialized skills and modalities you bring to your practice. Independent Contractor Opportunity Initially, opportunities may include accepting new client bookings and available appointments, with the potential to expand based on client demand, contractor availability, and mutual fit. Contractors have the opportunity to become familiar with Organic Massage's service standards, systems, wellness services, and client experience while maintaining their professional independence and clinical judgment within their scope of practice. Responsibilities Provide safe, professional massage therapy individualized to client needs. Conduct appropriate client assessments. Provide thoughtful treatment and follow-up recommendations. Educate clients regarding appropriate home care and wellness recommendations. Maintain accurate treatment documentation. Maintain a professional, clean, and organized treatment environment. Communicate professionally regarding offered availability and accepted appointments. Maintain an active Florida Massage Therapy License and professional liability insurance. Provide your own linens, oils/lotions, and professional attire. Deliver a client experience consistent with Organic Massage's professional, safety, and wellness standards.
