Monday-Friday | Optional Saturdays About Us Elevated Vitality Wellness Studio is a boutique wellness clinic in Wellington, Florida offering massage therapy alongside recovery and wellness modalities including red light therapy, infrared sauna, and cupping. We're growing our team and looking for two skilled, motivated massage therapists who enjoy providing exceptional massage services while also helping clients experience our broader wellness and recovery offerings. The Opportunity This independent contractor opportunity combines massage therapy with wellness support services . Contractors may provide availability for both massage and wellness service blocks based on client demand and studio scheduling. A typical service day may include opportunities for approximately:Massage Therapy:
Up to approximately 4 hours of massage appointmentsWellness Services:
Up to approximately 4 hours assisting clients with red light therapy, infrared sauna, cupping, and related wellness services Actual service hours may vary depending on client bookings, contractor availability, and studio demand. Services & ResponsibilitiesMassage Therapy- Provide professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic massage, and other modalities within the therapist's training and scope of practice
- Prepare treatment rooms for scheduled massage clients
- Maintain appropriate client documentation
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment Wellness Services
- Guide clients through red light therapy sessions
- Guide clients through infrared sauna sessions
- Perform cupping therapy when appropriately trained and qualified
- Set up and reset equipment associated with services provided
- Assist with client coordination, scheduling, and check-in/check-out related to assigned services
- Maintain appropriate documentation for services provided Qualifications
- Active Florida massage therapist license in good standing — required
- Professional liability insurance — required
- Cupping training/certification preferred, or willingness to complete appropriate training
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- New graduates and experienced massage therapists are both encouraged to apply Compensation Compensation is based on services actually performed:
Massage Therapy Services:
$40 per service hourWellness Services:
$25 per service hour Rates will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and services provided. Contractors may have opportunities for approximately 20 massage service hours and 20 wellness service hours per week , depending on client demand, studio scheduling, and contractor availability. Hours are not guaranteed. Availability Service opportunities are generally available: Monday-Friday Morning and afternoon service blocks Saturday Optional additional opportunities may be available Contractors provide their availability and may accept available service opportunities based on their schedules. Actual service hours will depend on appointments and client demand. Independent Contractor Relationship This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity . Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own professional license, professional liability insurance, and any certifications required for the services they provide. Contractors are also responsible for their own federal, state, and local tax obligations. Nothing in this posting is intended to create an employer-employee relationship.
