Monday-Friday, 8-hour days | Saturdays optional About Us Elevated Vitality Wellness Studio is a boutique wellness studio in Wellington, FL built around a full spectrum of recovery and wellness services — massage therapy, red light therapy, cryotherapy, PEMF mat, sauna therapy, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and cupping — alongside an on-site chiropractor. We're growing our team and looking for two skilled massage therapists who also enjoy guiding clients through our broader wellness offerings. The Role This is a full-time, hands-on position blending two types of work: delivering massage therapy and supporting our other wellness modalities as a Wellness Technician. The split between the two varies based on client scheduling and demand — expect a meaningful mix of both rather than a fixed daily split. Responsibilities Provide massage therapy services across a range of modalities (specific techniques discussed during the interview) Personally administer wellness modalities including red light therapy, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, PEMF mat sessions, and cupping therapy Coordinate and schedule clients for additional specialized services — laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and pelvic floor therapy — performed by our chiropractor and other specialized providers Maintain clean, stocked treatment rooms and equipment Assist with light administrative tasks — scheduling, client check-in/out, coordination between service areas Maintain professional client records in compliance with Florida licensing requirements Qualifications Active Florida massage therapy license, in good standing (required) Must carry your own professional liability insurance (required) Cupping certification — PREFERRED, not required All experience levels welcome — new graduates and experienced therapists both encouraged to apply Comfortable working independently as an independent contractor Schedule Monday-Friday, full 8-hour days, with time split between massage and Wellness Tech duties based on client scheduling. Optional Saturday shifts available for those wanting additional hours.
Pay:
$31.49 - $37.92 per hour
