In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results Maintain detailed treatment records, including client progress and treatment plans Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns or discomforts during sessions Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills Skills Proven experience in massage therapy with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients Expertise in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments Excellent client communication skills for assessing needs and explaining treatment benefits clearly Knowledge of pain management strategies and occupational health practices Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with customer service-oriented roles within medical or med spa settings is preferred Join us to help clients feel their best through expert massage therapy!
