How You'll Make a Difference Our spavia™ team will support and assist you - the skilled, caring, and positive you - as you provide an exceptional experience to each one of our guests. The knowledgeable and talented you will be the highlight of our guest experience. As a Massage Therapist you will Greet our guests at the retreat and connect with them, confirming their needs Ensure the guest feels safe and comfortable during their service, checking in periodically Provide and exceptional relaxing and therapeutic experience Educate our guests on establishing a spa wellness routine and recommend products for home care Be your professional, courteous and helpful self Provide co-workers with support and assistance, that they in return will provide you Your Experience is Valued at spavia™ State of Florida Active Massage License Sincere passion to make a difference in our guests' lives Articulate speaker with a smile and a strong desire to assist guests Two years of Massage Therapy experience is preferred Reliable and punctual When we Need you to be Available to Work spavia™ is committed to your well-being and happiness. You will be provided with a consistent schedule. Our shifts are 7 hour shifts and we schedule no more than 5 services in a day. We also provide you with time between each service to recenter and prepare for the next guest. We are looking for you to work 3-4 days per week, with Monday and Thursday being 1:00-8:00 pm shifts and Tuesday and Friday being 9:00-4:00 shifts. Being available for occasional weekend shifts is also a must. Why Join our spavia™ team?
