Energy back today and muscle kept for decades. Massage is the next discipline in that circle, and we are looking for the therapist who will build it. The role You will be the founding massage therapist at Geneva. You will treat your own book of clients, help shape the service menu, and work alongside physicians, nurses and aesthetic providers who refer directly to you. This is clinical bodywork inside a medical practice. Your clients will include patients on weight loss programs carrying postural and metabolic strain, aesthetic patients who want lymphatic and recovery work, and people who come to us specifically for stress, sleep and pain. You will see them again, and you will see what changed. What you will do Deliver Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal and trigger point massage, calibrated to each client and to any medical guidance on the chart. Perform a focused intake before every session: history, current medications, contraindications, areas of concern and treatment goals. Build treatment plans that run across visits rather than one session at a time, and document each session so the rest of the care team can read it. Coordinate with our physicians, nurse practitioners and aesthetic providers on shared patients, particularly around lymphatic drainage after injectable and body treatments. Help shape the massage menu, session lengths, pricing tiers and any additional modalities you want to bring in. Maintain a treatment room that is spotless, calm and fully stocked, and follow our sanitation and linen protocols. Educate clients on aftercare, hydration, stretching and home routines that hold the result between visits. Keep accurate records in our practice management system and protect patient privacy under HIPAA at all times. What you bring Current Georgia massage therapy license in good standing with the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy. Graduation from a massage therapy program of 500 hours or more. Two or more years of hands on experience in a spa, clinical or wellness setting. Professional liability insurance, or willingness to carry it before your first session. Current CPR certification. Genuine skill in Swedish and deep tissue work, with the strength and stamina to hold quality across a full day of sessions. Clear, warm communication and the judgment to know when something belongs in front of a clinician. Comfort with digital charting and scheduling software. Highly valued Manual lymphatic drainage certification, which is the single most useful additional credential in our setting. Prenatal, oncology or medical massage training. Experience with cupping, gua sha, myofascial release, hot stone or aromatherapy. Background in a medical or chiropractic practice as well as a spa. A following you can bring with you.
